Browse available flights on the home page, click "Book Now" on your preferred flight, log in or register if prompted, fill in your contact details and passenger information, then submit your booking request. Our team will confirm it within 24 hours.
Yes. You need to create a free account (B2C Customer) to submit a booking. This helps us track your booking and send you updates. Registration takes less than 2 minutes.
You can book up to the maximum seats remaining on any given flight. For large groups (Hajj/Umrah convoys, corporate travel), contact us directly on WhatsApp for dedicated group arrangements.
Your booking status will be "Pending". Our team reviews it and confirms within 24 hours. You will receive a WhatsApp message and email with payment instructions once confirmed. No payment is collected online.
Contact us directly on WhatsApp to modify or cancel. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the airline policy and how close the departure date is.
💰 Payment & Pricing
We accept bank transfer (Jazz Cash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank), cash at our office, and cheque. Payment details are shared after booking confirmation. No online card payment is required.
The price shown is per seat (per person). Total amount will be calculated based on number of seats you select during booking.
Yes, prices shown are inclusive of government taxes and airport charges unless otherwise stated on the flight listing.
Installment plans are available for selected group bookings, especially Hajj and Umrah packages. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss payment plans.
🛂 Passport & Documents
You will need a valid passport for each passenger (must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date). For Umrah, a Mehram certificate is required for female passengers under 45. We will guide you through all documentation after booking.
Airlines and immigration require your passport to be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date. Please renew your passport before booking. We can advise on urgent passport renewal assistance.
🕌 Hajj & Umrah
Yes! We offer group Umrah packages including flights, hotel accommodation in Makkah and Madinah, transport, and Ziyarat. Contact us on WhatsApp for current package rates.
Saudi Arabia now allows women aged 45 and above to travel in organized groups without a Mehram. Women under 45 still require a Mehram. We can arrange group-based Mehram solutions — contact us for details.
Book 2-3 months in advance for best prices. Ramadan and Hajj season seats fill up very fast. We recommend booking Ramadan Umrah flights in January-February.
👤 Account & Profile
A B2C (Customer) account is for individual travellers. A B2B (Agency) account is for travel agents and companies who manage bookings for multiple clients. B2B accounts require admin approval.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and you will receive a 6-digit OTP code. Use that code to reset your password.
Log in to your account and go to "My Account" → "My Bookings" tab. You will see all your bookings with their current status (Pending / Confirmed / Rejected) and payment status.
Once your booking is confirmed, go to "My Account" → "My Bookings" and click the "Ticket" button next to your confirmed booking. You can print or download the PDF ticket.
🏢 B2B Travel Agents
Click "Register" on the home page, select "Travel Agency (B2B)", fill in your company name and details. Your account will be reviewed and approved by admin within 24 hours.
B2B agents get access to group fares, priority booking, dedicated WhatsApp support, commission on bookings, and a professional portal to manage client bookings. Contact us to discuss commission rates.
Yes. B2B agents can submit bookings and enter their clients as passengers. All bookings appear in your account dashboard for easy management.
